Professional home staging makes a difference.

According to the National Association of Realtors, for every $100 invested in staging, the potential return is $400. Compare that to the average sale price, which is a reduction of 10-20% from asking. So an average home with a $400,000 asking price will be reduced by $40,000 to $80,000. A staged home will sell for 17% more on average than a non-staged home, and 95% of staged homes sell in 11 days or less. That is statistically 87% faster than non-staged homes.

Staging will help your home photograph better and will show buyers all the potential your home has. Many buyers have a difficult time visualizing vacant spaces, so staging can help buyers visualize themselves living in your home.

Options

There are 2 types of home staging: owner-occupied and vacant.

In vacant staging, the home is empty and needs to be decorated. I will work with your budget to purchase items to stage the home as well as pull from my business inventory to stage your home properly.

In owner-occupied, I use your existing furniture and decor, along with a few new key items, to stage the space. This is a more cost effective option, but requires you to live in the home with your furniture and decor arranged in new ways.
